You’ve chosen to work with Neuro Speech Austin! What comes next?

Your child will receive a comprehensive evaluation so we can truly understand their strengths and areas where they may need support. Based on this evaluation, we create a personalized therapy plan designed specifically for your child and their unique needs.

You’ll work closely with our speech-language pathologist to decide how often your child should attend sessions and how long therapy may be recommended. We believe parents are an essential part of the process, and we value your input every step of the way.

To help us get the clearest picture possible, we ask that you bring any helpful information from other professionals who work with your child, such as previous evaluations, therapy notes, hearing tests, or medical reports. If your child has multiple caregivers or providers, sharing their contact information allows us to collaborate and avoid repeating tests your child has already completed.

During your first visit, you’ll meet with our speech-language pathologist to talk through your concerns and goals for your child. We’ll then spend time interacting with and evaluating your child. For younger children, this is done through play-based activities. For older children and adults, the evaluation may include more structured tasks.

After the evaluation, we’ll review the results with you, answer your questions, and discuss recommended next steps. You’ll also receive a written report that clearly explains our findings and therapy recommendations.

Fees & Payment

We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized speech, feeding, and AAC therapy services in a supportive and family-centered environment. Below is an overview of our private pay rates.

Initial Evaluation – $300

The initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment tailored to your child’s needs. This may include:

• Parent interview and case history review

• Standardized and/or informal assessments

• Clinical observations

• Review of relevant reports (if provided)

• A written evaluation report with recommendations

Following the evaluation, we will discuss results and collaborate on next steps.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

In-Home Therapy – $175 per 60-minute session

Therapy is provided in the comfort of your home, allowing your child to learn and practice skills in their natural environment.

Telehealth Therapy – $150 per 60-minute session

Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure online platform and are engaging, interactive, and effective for many communication goals.

Insurance

We do not take insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, or mobile payment app. We are able to provide a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
